Terms of Service

1. Our services
Jashlin Pest Control provides general pest control, termite management, rodent control, bed bug treatment, pre-purchase inspections and commercial pest management across all of Sydney. A free quote is provided before any work begins unless you request otherwise.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are provided in writing before treatment and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices include GST where applicable. Extras may be required if conditions at the property differ materially from what was described at quote time, you will always be asked before any additional work is done.
3. Bookings and access
Please ensure access to the property at the agreed time. If no one is home and access cannot be arranged, the visit may be rescheduled and a call-out fee may apply. We'll always confirm your appointment by phone or text before heading out.
4. Health and safety
Some treatments may require you to stay out of a treated room for a short period. Your technician will explain exactly what to do before any treatment, including any steps involving children, pets, food and kitchen surfaces.
5. Warranty
Every treatment includes a stated warranty period. If covered pests return within that period, we return at no charge to re-treat. The warranty does not cover new infestations that enter the property after treatment, or situations caused by structural changes or damage.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
